DROP SHIPMENTS: Are available; however, they will not qualify for or count towards the lower $2000.00 minimum price breaks. There is no additional charge at this time for this service.
Additional Charges: You MUST inform us if the shipping address is a commercial address OR residential address. If noted incorrectly this will result in a $5.00 address correction charge.
California Tax: If you drop ship within California & DO NOT have a California resale number you WILL be charged California Tax

TERMS: Pre-Paid Only Via Cash/Visa/MC/Discover/American Express or Check accepted. HOWEVER, THERE MAY BE A THREE-WEEK HOLD ON YOUR FIRST CHECK.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty . See warranty in back of dehydration guide for details.
RETURN MERCHANDISE:There are NO credit returns. Defective units will be repaired or replaced at the manufactures option. All drop ship orders must be returned to you the buyer.
REVISIONS: EXCALIBUR shall have the right to discontinue selling any product or to alter or revise specifications, packaging or design from time to time.
PRICE CHANGE: Prices and conditions of sale are subject to change without advance notice and prices for each order will be those in effect at the time of shipment.
DELAYS IN SHIPMENT: EXCALIBUR will endeavor to make shipments within a reasonable time, (please allow a 3 week lead time) but shall not be liable to the Retailer for any damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise for the failure to fill orders of delays in delivery.
LOSS IN TRANSIT: Risk of loss or damage to products in transit from EXCALIBUR to RETAILER at the time of acceptance of products from carrier. Claims of short or error in shipment due to EXCALIBUR'S error must be presented to EXCALIBUR within 5 days of receipt of shipment in question.
PALLETIZED ORDERS:All palletized orders will be charged an additional $5.00 per pallet to cover costs or pallets adn wrapping.
